We go to Malibu with great pleasure not only because of ocean breeze, ionized air, lower summer temperatures and scenic landscapes. We enjoy working in Malibu, because some of the locations could be quite tricky, especially ones along Pacific Coast Highway and we are always eager to take a challenging job.
We are regulars at Malibu's historic gated communities (Malibu Colony and Malibu Cove Colony), service multiple residences located along PCH and work in the mountains, where parking could be very scarce.
City of Malibu has distinct rules and regulations for valet attendants (such as high visibility jackets requirement) and we are aware of them! We can even arrange a golf cart delivery to Malibu via our preferred vendor LA Golf Cart Rentals.

Cypress Sea Cove has been Malibu’s premier photo, film, and wedding location. Cypress Sea Cove is a two acre bluff top Victorian estate with panorama ocean views, private beach frontage, and expansive lawn and gardens.

Villa Francesca sits on a private gated bluff, above the sparkling pacific ocean. These immaculate 5 ocean view acres have hosted many weddings, film shoots and vacations. Lush lawns and gardens complete with white balustrades, provide a dramatic back drop for Romantic weddings and parties. The stone pathways meander along the full 180 degree ocean view perimeter of the property. Cobblestone walls, statues and mature sprawling palm trees make the already pristine grounds warm and inviting. Upon entering the private gated compound you are greeted by a lovely Italian fountain complete with authentic Italian tiles. A wonderful place to begin your event.
